Work Performance Coaching. For clients seeking assistance in enhancing their performance on the job, coaching is provided on issues such as communication skills, leadership, on-boarding, managing political challenges, maintaining a professional demeanor, techniques for enhancing promotability and strategies for dealing with difficult co-workers, whether a boss or a peer.


I also counsel clients on work-adjustment issues, including workaholism, having received a poor performance review and techniques for improving the next evaluation as well as establishing appropriate work boundaries, e.g., proper management up and down and improving interpersonal work relations.
