Whether you are a candidate for career-development counseling or coaching depends on which stage of the career-development process you’re in and the type of career-related questions you’re addressing. Overall, counseling requires more reflection while coaching is primarily strategic and tactical. Your current stage of career development does not depend on your age, but, instead, on the developmental skills you need to acquire in order to progress to the next stage of your career.  At Vocatus, you will learn to move back and forth between these two modalities as your career requires. You will also learn how to continually re-evaluate your career, recognize when you veer off course and how to make necessary adjustments.
